Dr Isaac John,PHD, USA

Founder & CEO

Dr John is Deputy Director of Research and Development at Ashford and St Peter’s Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Hon Senior Lecturer at Royal Holloway, University of London. Dr John is an experienced academic and management consultant with expertise in R&D and healthcare services. Dr John has very strong academic background and many years of teaching and research experience in molecular genetics at universities in the UK and USA. He has 15 publications in peer-reviewed journals, 2 book chapters and 3 patents with the University of Nottingham. Dr John has developed a web-based Good Clinical Practice (GCP) course (www.gcp-training.org.uk) for clinical trial investigators which is translated into 8 different languages. Dr John was seconded as a General Manager to General Surgery in 2006 and to Children’s Services in 2008 at Ashford and St Peter’s Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Dr John worked for 5 years in the Federal Government of Pakistan and for one year in the Department of Health, UK. He was part of the team which launched Genetics Knowledge Parks, Genetics Reference Labs and the UK Bio-bank Project. He has skills and experience of turning policies into action plans which benefit the general public.

Dr John has keen interest in charity work. He is a former Trustee of the Tutu Foundation UK and Board Member of Christian Hospital Sahiwal, Pakistan. Dr Isaac John is also Chair of the Health and Social Care Black and Minority Ethnic (HSC BME) NHS Staff Network (www.nhsbmenetwork.com) in England.

Ms. Myunghee

Myunghee studied nursing at Gachon University in South Korea where she was student president. She worked as a nurse for 3years at Eul-Zi Hospital and also worked with the Hospital Management as elected representative of staff to improve services.

Myunghee moved on to work for a Health Cooperative, Non-governmental Organisation, in Korea for 3 years and experienced a wide range of roles and tasks. Myunghee move to the UK for higher education and got her MSc in Community Health and Social Service Management from Birmingham University in 20xx.

Myunghee worked for her family business in construction industry. She is keen to use her experience in healthcare sector and joined Metanoic Health in 2017. Myunghee’s role in company is to focus on medical supplies for Hospitals and other healthcare providers in the UK and other countries. Myunghee is a people person and she is looking forward to develop strong working relationship with customers.

Joel O’Loughlin, BA Hons (Econ), CPPD, PG Cert (Hyp)

Management Consultant

Joel O’Loughlin is an experienced leadership consultant specialising in diversity and inclusion. He has a successful track record in strategic and operational leadership and change management for a wide variety of high profile clients in the public, private and NGO sectors spanning 30 years. Joel has designed and delivered training on leadership, change management and diversity management for a range of high profile clients including Glaxo SmithKline, Goldman Sachs, Powergen, Government agencies and the UK National Health Service Trusts. He currently majors in innovation and transformational change from a leadership standpoint.

Joel has a wide experience in governance having served on the North West Regional Assembly in the UK and worked on various regional enterprise development programmes in Liverpool, Manchester, Birmingham and London. He has extensive hands-on experience as creative project manager with interests in the field of innovative Web Development and social media. Joel is a charismatic public speaker and presenter on the successful online television station Africans in London TV (AILTV).

For the past 3 years Mr O’Loughlin has represented ACCCE at the Caribbean Export Development Agency Emerging Markets symposium in Jamaica and Trinidad which brings together the region’s leading management consultants. In 2014) he was responsible for the development of the National Paralympics Committee for the nation of St Vincent & the Grenadines (SVG). Following on from that commission he is became a Special Advisor to the Special Olympics SVG Take Us to the World Games 2015 campaign. In the Caribbean he also represented ACCCE at the IAABD conference in Barbados addressing the question of innovation and leadership in business.

Freda Gomes, MSc, BSc (Hons), Dip (Business Management); Certificate in Leadership & Management

Research Management & Governance

Freda has more than 5 years of Research Management and Governance experience in the NHS. Her first degree was in Biotechnology which essentially involves genetics and biochemistry. She continued further studies in Clinical Research and obtained MSc from Cranfield University, UK.

Freda has Diploma in business management studies, which has helped develop systems and databases for clinical trials to efficiently track the details of study activities and patient recruitment figures in order to monitor trial performance.

Justin Granger, General Manager Sales & Business Development

I have 15 years of business development and sales experience across multiple sectors along with vast experience in direct sourcing and buying from factories across the globe.

Working in the Healthcare Sector is a long overdue opportunity and I am looking forward to working with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals at Metanoic Health Ltd.

I have had the privilege of working with some of the biggest brands in the world like Coty, Bayer, Pernod Ricard, Pfizer, Roche, P&G, Diageo, Sanofi, CR Bard and many more

On a sales front, I have negotiated large contracts and managed business relationship with multinational organisations.

I am a Self-starter, results-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.
